Attaché Helpline

The professionalism of our consultant network and their readiness to assist users in solving problems has been a major strength of Attaché software for over twenty years. However, there may be times when you need immediate assistance and your consultant is unavailable or you are "between agreements" with a consultant. The Attaché Helpline is the answer.

The Helpline provides expert assistance for one-off issues, with a flat-rate charge no matter how long it takes to resolve your issue. Calls are charged directly to you by Telstra/Telecom and appear itemised on your phone bill. There are no contracts to sign and no credit card details required. Once you have established an issue with us, we will ensure that it is carried forward to a mutually agreed resolution. You will only be charged once for the issue, even if we need to call you back.

The Helpline is not intended to replace your support agreement with an authorised Attaché consultant. Being a telephone service, it is not possible to resolve long, complex issues which would normally require a site visit from an expert consultant.

This service is available to users in Australia and New Zealand only.
